Shopping

You can purchase Buttercross Farm Foods on-line 24 hours a day or if you prefer you can place your order by telephone within normal office hours.

If you are ordering our produce for a special occasion, as a gift we can also include a handwritten gift card.

We don't operate a minimum order policy, however to help us keep our costs and ultimately our prices down, we charge £12 for delivery.

If you need to add to or amend your order please contact us on 01630 656670 within 24 hours for assistance.

Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, they are exempt from the cancellation requirements under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, and therefore you do not have a 7 working day cancellation period from the day after you receive your goods.

Delivery

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible in perfect condition.

Orders are despatched within 3 days and delivered nationwide by courier Monday to Friday.
Products are packed in polystyrene boxes with ice packs to keep the goods chilled. Larger orders for the foodservice industry are delivered in refrigerated vehicles.

If on receiving your delivery you believe an item has been damaged in transit or is defective please make a note on the courier's delivery sheet and contact us immediately.

Payment

On-line payments are by way of the trusted Pay Pal secure transaction facilities. For your convenience we accept most Credit/Debit cards, Mastercard and Visa. If you wish to pay by any other means please call us for assistance.

Pricing

Buttercross Farm Foods products are priced in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT where appropriate.

We will do our utmost to ensure you complaint is resolved speedily and efficiently to your complete satisfaction.

Information obtained is used only for the purpose of processing you order and to inform you of new products and special offers. We will not pass on your details to any third party other than is required by our carriers to deliver you goods. If you do not wish to receive information from us please inform us that you wish to opt out.
