We know shopping can be a 'toil' at times, however at Buttercross we hope it will be a pleasurable experience as well ~ there is plenty of safe car parking, a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the shop where we are just as happy to have a chat about the farm and the produce as we are to sell the products!! Mike, our shop butcher, will give advice on cuts of meat, and will cut meat to your requirements, and, as all the other products are locally produced we can tell you the 'story' of every product in the shop!! In addition, there are rare Large Black pigs and piglets to see on the approach to the shop and resident donkeys and pet sheep in the paddock by the carpark to say hello to!!
