
At Buttercross we are proud to produce delicious dry-cured bacon, in a range of cuts, either plain or smoked over oak chippings, as well as traditionally cured gammons and honey-glazed hams. Our range of sausages includes over 20 flavours from an award winning Traditional Pork to Hot and Spicy.
Buttercross produce is available from our own farm shop, and we also supply a growing number of quality farm shops, village stores, delicatessens, butchers, hotels and restaurants throughout Shropshire, Staffordshire, Cheshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Leicestershire and Herefordshire
Our aim has always been to resurrect the links between farmer and consumer and provide quality produce for those who care about the provenance of their food.
