Buttercross

At Buttercross we enjoy producing a full, quality butchery range to the finest chefs in the region. In addition to classic butcher’s cuts, we are proud to use traditional methods to produce sausage, dry cured bacon & cooked hams in our EU Licensed factory on the border of Shropshire & Staffordshire. In late 2019 our premises became 100% Gluten Free, everything you buy from Buttercross is guaranteed Gluten Free, with the same high quality we’re famous for. We care about great food, great service and creating exciting new products, so please get in touch to find out how we can help.
